We had an exceptional experience with our first floor renovation thanks to Jennifer’s expertise. We shared our vision of what we wanted for our home and she was able to bring all those design and functional elements to life! Our project involved a lot of structural changes and she managed the entire timeline – from starting with contractor and layout, getting permits and essentially coordinating all the teams that needed to come do work in our home. I can say her involvement was the reason we had very little stress while living through a renovation; we had someone we could contact with questions and concerns with the knowledge there would be appropriate action and follow through. We were able to go to work and spend time with our children instead of worrying and trying to manage the details of the project – this to me is priceless! At the end of the day, we have a beautifully renovated first floor that I am still in awe of! We always considered ourselves to have a great eye for design and materials, but we were always stunned with the selections Jennifer would find for us. I have never been happier to hand over the wheel to someone after seeing that she is truly a master of her craft! Looking forward to working with her again!

I am a repeat customer of Jennifer. She has designed a basement, bathroom and a cubby system in our laundry room. We just started designing a new hood in our kitchen along with picking new paint colors for our kitchen cabinets and walls. Jennifer is wonderful to work with. We hired Jennifer to help us with our kitchen remodel, and her assistance was top-notch. Not only did she give us spot-on suggestions on hardwood flooring, cabinets, appliances, tile, and paint, but she worked with us and our contractor to devise a way to add an island and a way to separate our kitchen from our family room. (We added the island AND a half wall.) Her knowledge of current trends was invaluable as we made all of these big decisions. We loved the completed project so much that we asked for her help with updating our dining and living rooms. Jennifer’s professionalism showed through in many ways here. She always brought a floor layout as well as pricing information with every change and revision we requested. The fact that Jennifer has built custom homes was invaluable in assessing whether changes and recommendations from our builder would result in the space we envisioned. Jennifer provided assistance from the blue print stage all the way to furniture placement and window treatments. Jennifer really worked to understand our style and vision for our home. Building a custom home can be stressful and Jennifer did a tremendous job in supporting us through the process. Despite initially just hiring Jennifer to assist in making selections under our allowances, the scope of her work expanded as we continued to run into challenges. Jennifer was often the contact for the sub-contractors working on our home and would field calls and obtain material which was beyond the scope her design work. She took complete charge of ordering and tracking everything and supervised the installation. This allowed us to focus on the enjoyable elements of building a home. We cannot say enough good things about Jennifer. She is creative, detail oriented, focused, responsible, and considerate of a budget. She can work with a variety of styles. We love working with her and look forward to her helping us complete our home.

I highly recommend Bella Luxe! We chose Jennifer to head up our basement remodel and she was able to walk the line between two styles to create a personal, comfortable space for our family. Jennifer did an excellent job remodeling our first floor, opening up a wall between two living areas and picking out furniture that made the two areas cohesive. She has a great eye for design and always followed up with contractors to make sure that things were done perfectly. Jennifer was wonderful to work with and we will be definitely be using her again in the future! She helped us with both “smaller” tasks such as choosing paint colors and updating our kitchen hardware, to choosing new furniture, to completely managing our basement remodel.
